This is a four lecture series converting the basics of MentalFitness, NutritionalFitness, PhysicalFitness, and SocialFitness.

It was designed as a stand-alone “lunch and learn” series as each topic is covered in about an hour, to help jump start any group wellness effort. It helps to make sure that the group has a baseline of understanding concerning so key principles concerning health such as:

MentalFitness: helps with will-power and doing what you should when you should

NutritionalFitness: differences between macro-nutrients and micro nutrients and how to make sure you are avoiding “errors of omission”

PhysicalFitness: this is more than exercise, and explaining how siting is the new smoking

SocialFitness: the key to sustained behavior change, and how to not let abnormal become the new normal

This effort is very complimentary to both SMARTsteps, and especially SMARTplace. It is recommended that this be instituted in those places that are interested in SMARTplace, reserving SMARTsteps for those who are most concerned for addressing weight, and stress.

COST: $500 per session (plus travel) for the first 100 participants ($5 per session per person where there are 100 participants).
